We were fortunate enough to have Adrian Power as our real estate agent approximately 2.5 years ago. He explained that his job is more service than sales. He proved that time and time again with his thorough knowledge of home construction and the local market. Our house was a new build, so the process was both exciting and frustrating. Every time we visited the property during the build, Adrian would notice little things that we would have never recognized ourselves and managed to get them fixed without any issue. He was always performing a methodical inspection; looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction. He was always fighting on our side, working to make our build (and ultimate purchase) as simple, enjoyable and successful as possible. I don’t even know where to begin. Mary Ryan has been our realtor for the past 5 years. It was with her guidance we were able to sell our old and purchase a new home. She answered endless emails and phone calls. Never loosing interest. Her mind works so fast I was blown away with the knowledge she possessed.
