I don’t even know where to begin. Mary Ryan has been our realtor for the past 5 years. It was with her guidance we were able to sell our old and purchase a new home. She answered endless emails and phone calls. Never loosing interest. Her mind works so fast I was blown away with the knowledge she possessed. “In 2018, my husband and I decided to downsize and sell our home in Topsail. We are not familiar with any real estate agents but we knew it was important to have an insightful agent that understood the current market and one that would value our home correctly.
