Paul has been involved with all facets of real estate since 1987 when he worked alongside his father Ron, a talented building design and project management professional. Extending from this influence and background, Paul has performed leadership roles for various real estate development projects while being consistently recognized as one of Atlantic Canada’s top performing RE/MAX Realtors. Paul established the concept for “Country Gardens”, St. Philip’s, and together with Newfoundland businessman and philanthropist, Paul Johnson, developed Newfoundland’s premier coastal residential neighbourhood.
In 2015, Paul was chosen by The Wallace McCain Institute (WMI), representing one of Atlantic Canada’s high-growth potential entrepreneurs and completed WMI’s flagship Entrepreneurial Leadership Program (ELP-8) in New Brunswick. Paul has received the Order of the Wallace McCain Institute and is a Memorial University Arts graduate and Board of Directors volunteer with Stella’s Circle Foundation from 2005 to 2020.
